Deacon Seattle’s Special Projects team completed a comprehensive repair and restoration project at Maple Court in Thurston County, an enhanced shelter operated by the Low Income Housing Institute. The scope of work included extensive demolition, structural repairs, full siding replacement, restoration of the building envelope with new insulation, installation of vinyl windows and PTAC units, complete roof and gutter replacement, elevator upgrades, and various mechanical and electrical repairs. All work was executed while the facility remained occupied, ensuring improved structural integrity, building performance, and long-term durability for current and future tenants alike.
